Lily Richards Mph

Lily Richards, MPH, is a seasoned Data and Policy Analyst at Acumen, LLC, with a diverse background in health policy and data analysis. Currently serving as Data and Policy Analyst III since October 2021, Lily coordinates with programming teams to develop client-facing deliverables, focusing on health equity and payment accuracy analyses. Lily has also advanced through roles as Data and Policy Analyst I and II, refining internal procedures and supporting data sharing for numerous contracts. Prior experience includes serving as Coach Quality Assurance Project Coordinator at Noom Inc., where Lily developed a data visualization platform and analyzed coach quality practices, and as a Virtual Health Coach, guiding over 300 clients in health promotion behaviors. Lily holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Vermont.
