Wanying Xie

Wanying Xie is a Senior Statistical Programmer at Acumen, LLC, with experience starting from September 2016 to the present. Prior to this role, Wanying worked as a Summer Intern at CICC in July 2015, focusing on the Wealth Management Department to assist individual customers. An internship in the Investment Banking Department at Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd in March 2014 involved participation in the equity financing project of Hunan Chendian. A research assistant position at the Chinese Academy of Sciences from July 2013 included programming in Stata to analyze the 2007 China industrial enterprise database. Wanying holds a Master of Science in Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Economics and Mathematical Finance from Central University of Finance and Economics (2010-2014).
