Loise Nduati

Loise Nduati is an accomplished Talent Manager at Acumen, where contributions include roles as Senior Talent Associate and Senior Business Associate from July 2015 to the present. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Officer at the Federation Of Women Entrepreneur Associations (2013-2014), focusing on supporting Kenyan women entrepreneurs through policy advocacy and access to resources. Previous roles at Food for the Hungry, Inc. (2006-2012) involved talent management and community development, where Loise coordinated volunteer teams to build essential infrastructure and empower local communities. Loise holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from United States International University - Africa, a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Kenyatta University, and is currently pursuing certification as a Human Resource Professional at the College Of Human Resource Management.
