Rebecca Mincy

Rebecca Mincy is an experienced investment and portfolio management professional with a strong background in social impact and agriculture across East Africa. Currently serving as Investment Director at Acumen Resilient Agriculture Fund since September 2019 and as Portfolio Manager at Acumen since March 2017, Rebecca manages a diverse agriculture portfolio in the region. Previous roles include In-Country Manager at IDEO.org, where Rebecca led a human-centered design initiative, and contributing to the East Africa Portfolio Team at The Acumen Fund, focusing on early-stage social enterprises. Rebecca's career also includes progressive roles in fundraising and investment analysis, with experience at Columbia Business School, Nortia Capital Partners, and FH International Asset Management. Rebecca holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BA in French from Stanford University.
