Erica Novick has a strong background in banking and finance, with over a decade of experience in various leadership roles. Erica is currently working as the Senior Director of Strategic Sales & Development at ACV Capital. Previously, they were with BBVA in the USA, where they held several senior positions, including Senior Vice President for Consumer Lending and Head of Business Strategy & Execution. Erica has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, implementing digital transformation initiatives, and developing new products and channels. Prior to their time at BBVA, they served as a Vice President at Wells Fargo Financial, where they excelled as a Branch Manager.
