Rashid Kareem holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Industrial Management, complemented by a recent educational focus on risk governance. Currently serving as Regional Senior Manager Performance Assurance at ACWA Power, Rashid is responsible for supporting the Power and Water O&M business in strategic planning, budget management, asset performance, and management reporting. Previously, Rashid worked at NOMAC as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where contributions included cost optimization and budget variance monitoring for a 4000MW Combined Cycle Power Plant. Rashid's career includes significant roles at K-Electric Ltd, Wind Rose Consultancy, and various other organizations, gaining extensive experience in mechanical maintenance and renewable energy project coordination.
