Jessica Haendler

Jessica Haendler has extensive experience in operational management within the education and veterinary sectors. As the Systems Operations Manager and former Systems Administrator at Ad Astra since January 2012, Jessica has overseen a variety of operational business systems, including Salesforce, Gainsight NXT, and ADP Workforce Now, contributing to the organization's mission of enhancing student success in higher education. Prior to this role, Jessica served as the Marketing & Member Services Manager at the American Association of Veterinary State Boards from May 2006 to January 2012, where responsibilities included managing marketing initiatives, member services, and overseeing key association programs. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Kansas State University.
