Carmela Guevara

Carmela Guevara is an experienced training and development professional, currently serving as the Training Manager at Smartly since February 2023. Prior to this role, Carmela held various positions at Cognizant from January 2019 to January 2023, including Training Team Lead and Process Trainer. Carmela also worked as HR & Talent Development Manager at Gushcloud Philippines from July 2017 to December 2018. Earlier experience includes roles as Process Trainer and Media Campaign Manager at Cognizant from May 2014 to July 2017, and Technical Solutions Consultant at Hewlett-Packard from October 2010 to 2014. Carmela Guevara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts from Bangkok University, attained between 2005 and 2009, and earlier studied at St. Paul University, Quezon City from 2001 to 2005.
