Richard Gleason Jr has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Building Manager at Ad-West Realty Services since October 2015, and has held similar roles at Metropolitan Management Co. and other organizations. In addition to property management, Richard has worked as an Election Official Worker at Pierce County Auditor's Office and has owned and operated a home business focused on building birdhouses and furniture from local materials. Richard’s background also includes various administrative roles in logistics and data entry across multiple companies, complemented by an educational foundation in Computer System Administration Network Technology from Green River College.
