Sen serves as the Creative Lead at Madras Global since March 2019, where responsibilities include translating visual and verbal concepts into effective digital and print advertising and managing junior designers to meet client expectations in the US, UK, AZ, and AU. Previously, Sen worked as a Senior Visualizer at Ad2pro media solutions, overseeing 35 creative designers and pioneering skeuomorphic design concepts. Earlier experience includes a role as a Visual Designer at Universal Creative Design Studio Chennai, where leadership of 10 designers and design vision set the product direction. Educational background includes a Diploma in printing-pre press from Salesian Institute of Graphic Arts - SIGA Don Bosco, completed in 2004.
