Nicole Krystal Crentsil

Nicole Krystal Crentsil is an accomplished Associate Lecturer at the University of the Arts London, specifically within the London College of Fashion, since October 2024. As the Founder and CEO of Black Girl Fest Studios, Nicole leads initiatives in social innovation and community engagement, fostering authentic connections between brands and Black audiences since October 2017. Additionally, Nicole serves as an Angel Investor for several companies, including RUKA Hair, YUTY, Sojo, and Afrocenchix Ltd, focusing on promoting diversity and inclusivity in beauty and fashion industries. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design from Nottingham Trent University (2010-2014) and is actively involved in various boards and fellowships, such as serving as a board member for Tate and a fellow at The RSA.
