Andres Toom has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andres started working at INP Toulouse - Institut National Polytechnique de Toulouse in 2009 as a part-time engineer. In 2001, they joined IB Krates OU as an automation engineer and later became a leading engineer, working there until 2018. During this time, they gained expertise in automation and engineering. Andres also worked part-time as a researcher/engineer at the Institute of Cybernetics at Tallinn University of Technology from 2007 to 2016. In 2016, they started working as a teaching assistant at Tallinn University of Technology, where they taught practical assignments on model-based software engineering and safety-critical software development. Currently, they are employed at AdaCore as a senior software engineer starting from September 2018.
