Mariah Mármol has been working in the marketing and business development industry since 2014. Mariah began their career as an Assistant Marketing Manager at the City of Albuquerque, where they facilitated presentations at the primary, high school, and college levels, as well as informative talks to over 35 local businesses. Mariah also aided in the configuration for the Recycle-Coach app and created an item categorization feature for the app. In 2017, Mariah worked as a Digital Specialist at Aldridge, Hammar, Wexler & Bradley, P.A., where they were responsible for converting physical files to electronic files and interned for Ryan Kluthe. Mariah also assisted in trials and helped configure and annotate briefs. Mariah also worked as a Digital Marketing Intern for the Brian Colon for Mayor Campaign, where they acquired over 600 signatures out of the 3,000 signatures required for ballot entry, organized multiple events, and staffed over 30 events where they were responsible for note-taking and assisting Brian with information to execute meetings. Mariah was also skilled in NPG database and financial needs of a campaign. In 2018, Mariah joined AdAction as a Media Coordinator, where they partnered with leading app developers, Fortune 100 brands, and quality publishers to facilitate and accelerate efforts to increase sales, drive app downloads, and engage consumers across iOS and Android platforms. Mariah was later promoted to Media Strategist and Senior Media Coordinator before becoming the Manager of Growth Strategy & Operations. Additionally, Mariah worked at Imperial Staffing as a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator.

Mariah Mármol has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of New Mexico in both Political Science and Government and Communication and Media Studies.
