Anders Ek

Anders Ek has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Anders began their career as a Consultant at Resco in 1997 and later moved on to work as a Management Consultant at Connecta and Connecta/Adcore from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Svenskt Näringsliv as an IS Manager before transitioning to RSA in 2008. At RSA, they held various roles including Business CIO Marine, SMC & Corporate, Nordic Head of Data Management (IT), and Nordic Head of BI & DW. In 2016, Anders joined Folksam as the Chief Data Officer (CDO) and Head of Information Management, and later took on the role of Chef Information Management. Currently, they are working as the Partner and Chief Data Officer at Adage AB since July 2019. Throughout their career, Anders has focused on developing skills in data and analytics to ensure future competitiveness and adaptability to different business circumstances.

Anders Ek completed their MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University from 1991 to 1997. Additionally, they also pursued a course in French language and culture at Université catholique de l'Ouest for a semester in 1994.
