Celine Thao B. has extensive experience in regulatory affairs, working in various roles and companies. Celine Thao started their career in 2013 as a Regulatory Affairs Intern at the Consulting Center, International Center of Regulatory Science at USC, while also pursuing their graduate studies at the University of Southern California. During their time as a graduate student, they actively participated in scientific strategies and regulatory affairs projects.

Celine Thao then moved on to VitaTech Nutritional Sciences Inc. in 2014, where they served as a Regulatory Affairs & Document Control Coordinator for a short period. Later that year, they joined Baxter Bio Science as a Regulatory Affairs Associate, where they were responsible for submitting regulatory documents to FDA, EMA, and Health Canada for new products.

In 2015, Celine joined Vit-Best Nutrition as a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator, ensuring regulatory compliance for labeling requirements across different regions. Celine Thao reviewed labels for nutritional claims, ingredients, allergen warnings, and structure-function versus health claims.

From 2017 to 2018, Celine worked as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Metagenics, providing regulatory support for the global supplement business. Celine Thao reviewed labels and updated international labels for 300+ products to ensure compliance with country-specific regulations.

In 2018, Celine joined Irvine Scientific as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, where they prepared regulatory submissions for product registration worldwide. Celine Thao obtained 510k clearance in the US, CE mark in the EU, and China FDA approval for new and existing products.

Their most recent position is with Adagio Medical Inc., starting in 2019. Celine Thao began as a Regulatory Affairs Manager and later was promoted to Senior Manager and currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Affairs.

Celine Thao B. pursued their education at the Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy from 2007 to 2011. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy. Following their undergraduate studies, Celine continued their education at the University of Southern California from 2013 to 2014. There, they pursued a Master's degree in Management of Drug Development and Regulatory Science.
