Phillip Cohen

Phillip Cohen, CPA, is currently the Director of Acquisitions at Adam America Real Estate. Prior to this role, Phillip held positions such as Senior Acquisitions Analyst at the same company and Underwriting & Credit Associate at Centennial Bank. Phillip started their career as an Assurance Associate at PwC and later transitioned to become an Investment Analyst at Real Estate Enterprises. Phillip holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, where Phillip graduated in 2016.
