Naomi Okon-Aviran

Naomi Okon-Aviran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of vocational psychology and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at adam-milo since October 2004, Naomi leads the Key Account Managers' Department and holds a position on the Management Board. Naomi has also contributed to academia as a Teacher at Ono Academic College, where the course "Introduction to Vocational Psychology" was delivered to first-year HR - Business Administration students. Prior experience includes a role as an HR Business Partner at Leumi Card from 1999 to 2004, focusing on aligning business objectives with human resource strategies and managing recruitment. Naomi's career began as an Occupational Psychologist at Hadassah from 1996 to 1999. Naomi holds an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
