Alex Maeland

Alex Maeland is a seasoned creative professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in brand strategy and creative direction. Co-founding Adam Studios in 2019, a full-service creative agency based in Hong Kong, Alex has focused on end-to-end production and brand strategy. Previously, Alex served as Director of Brand Creative for lululemon in Asia-Pacific, building a new creative team. As a founding partner of MAEKAN, Alex embarked on an entrepreneurial venture following a significant tenure as Global Creative Director for Hypebeast, where leadership in diverse business functions was developed. Early career roles included positions in marketing and e-commerce management at Wish Atlanta and various retail positions, culminating in a B.A. in Political Science from Georgia State University.
