Antony Rumboll

Antony Rumboll is the General Counsel at Adamantem Capital since January 2024. Prior to this role, Antony was a partner at Baker McKenzie from November 2017 to November 2023, where advisory work included award-winning capital markets and public M&A transactions. With a rich legal career spanning over 20 years, Antony served as Executive Director of Legal at UBS from June 2007 to October 2017, providing legal advice on equity capital markets, M&A, and corporate transactions. Earlier roles included lawyer positions at Herbert Smith Freehills and Bristows LLP. Antony holds a Master of Arts in Natural Sciences (Genetics) from the University of Cambridge and additional legal qualifications from various institutions including the University of Bristol and Nottingham Trent University.
