Robert Lonardo has extensive work experience in data and analytics. Robert is currently serving as the Senior Director of Data and Analytics at the ADAMH Board of Franklin County since September 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Data and Analytics from March 2021 to September 2022 at the same organization. Before joining the ADAMH Board, Robert worked as a Data Solutions Manager from June 2017 to March 2021 and as an Outcomes Manager from June 2015 to June 2017.
Before their role at ADAMH, Robert also worked at the Ohio Department of Health as a Researcher 3 from April 2013 to May 2015. Robert started their career at the Toledo Adolescent Relationships Study, Department of Sociology, Bowling Green State University as a Research Assistant from May 2006 to May 2010, and later served as a Research Coordinator/Data Manager from May 2010 to August 2012.
Robert Lonardo obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bowling Green State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Robert further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Arts in Sociology and Criminology with a specialization in Quantitative Methodology from 2005 to 2007.
