Carl Daugherty

Carl Daugherty is an experienced electrical engineer with a robust background in avionics inspection and electrical systems. Currently serving as Lead Avionics Inspector at Adams Communication & Engineering Technology since January 2021, Carl specializes in the quality control of electrical wiring interconnection systems (EWIS) for in-process builds of electrical and avionics harnesses. Previous roles include Lead Inspector at General Dynamics Information Technology, where Carl managed inspections of manufactured harnesses and components, and Avionics Technician at STS Mod Center, focusing on rapid aircraft system installations. With extensive experience from positions such as Wire/Harness Shop Manager at AAR and Aircraft Electrician in the US Navy, Carl has developed significant expertise in the engineering, design, and troubleshooting of aircraft electrical systems and avionics.
