Addison Adams is a seasoned corporate lawyer with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and securities compliance. As the founder of Adams Corporate Law, Inc. since June 2015, Addison focuses on corporate and securities matters, providing outside general counsel to emerging growth companies. Prior roles include senior equity partner at Richardson & Patel LLP, where Addison contributed to the firm's expansion and specialization in representing emerging growth companies. Additionally, Addison is an active member of Renaissance Executive Forums and ProVisors, participating in corporate transactions and M&A.
