Cindy Bero

Cindy Bero, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Benefits Manager for Adams County Government since August 2018. Prior to this role, Cindy held positions including Director of Benefits at InnovAge from August 2014 to August 2018 and Associate Director of Employee Benefits at Regis University from March 2012 to August 2014. Cindy's earlier experience includes serving as Benefits & Compensation Manager at Laramar Group from March 2005 to November 2011, Sr. Benefit Analyst at Archstone from September 2000 to March 2005, and Marketing Manager at Entertainment Marketing, Inc. from March 1994 to October 1999. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Columbia College Chicago.
