Leo Rodriguez

Leo Rodriguez is an experienced business owner and operations leader currently overseeing The Exercise Coach in Louisville since October 2021. Rodriguez serves as the Director of Operations & Maintenance for the Adams County School District 14, managing the operations of 13 schools and three support facilities in Commerce City, CO, since August 2018. Previously, as Bureau Chief for Facility Operations and Maintenance at the State of New Mexico, Rodriguez has been responsible for 1.7 million square feet of state-owned office space across 31 buildings in Santa Fe since September 2014. Rodriguez's career also includes roles such as Director of Advancement at Santo Niño Regional Catholic School, Director of Community Relations at Immaculate Heart Radio, and General Manager positions at ARAMARK and Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. With a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master’s in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, Rodriguez combines strong leadership skills with a solid educational background.
