Carolyn Flanagan

Carolyn oversees the firm’s global recruiting, performance management, organizational development, benefits, and compensation programs.

Prior to joining Adams Street, she managed the direct hire services division of Smart Resources, a Chicago-based search firm. Before this, she was the manager of human resources at a large not-for-profit organization headquartered in Boston. Her responsibilities included recruiting, training, program development for employee activity, and incentive programs.

Carolyn is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and World at Work. She is also a member of Adams Street’s Operating Committee and Charitable Giving Committee, and Co-Chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
