Chris Lambert

Chris is responsible for supporting activities of the Legal Team and is the paralegal team leader. His activities include oversight of legal services in connection with Adams Street’s investment and fundraising activities.

Prior to joining Adams Street, Chris was a Senior Paralegal at the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, focused on debt finance and mergers & acquisitions for the firm’s private equity clients. He was also an adjunct instructor at Loyola University Chicago, Institute for Paralegal Studies where he taught Business Organizations, Legal Ethics and Information Technology in the Law Office Environment.
