Kushagra Saxena

Kushagra Saxena has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Kushagra currently holds the position of Chief Manager - Risk Analytics at Adani Capital starting from May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager - Product and Strategy in Home Loans and LAP at L&T Financial Services from December 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they served as a Senior Manager - Product and Analytics at Vastu Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. from May 2019 to November 2021.

Their earlier roles include Assistant Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis, and Analyst - Business Development and M&A at Clix Capital from August 2018 to April 2019, and December 2017 to August 2018 respectively.

Before entering the finance industry, Kushagra gained research experience as a Graduate Research Student in Reservoir Simulation at the University of Alaska Fairbanks from September 2014 to May 2017. Kushagra also had internships as a Reservoir Engineering Intern at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd in June 2015, and at Reliance in May 2010.

Kushagra started their career as a Geophysicist at AlphaGeo (India) Ltd. from February 2012 to September 2012.

Kushagra Saxena has a diverse education history. Kushagra completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University from 2007 to 2011. Kushagra completed their secondary education at Rai School, where they received the CBSE - All India Secondary School Examination. In addition to their formal education, Kushagra has also acquired several certifications. Kushagra obtained a certification in Investment Banking from The Wall Street School in January 2019. Furthermore, they received a certification in Miscible Gas Injection EOR from the Computer Modelling Group Ltd. in May 2016. Kushagra also possesses certifications in Programming in Java from Oracle in February 2014 and in Object-Oriented Programming Using C++ from NIIT Limited in September 2013.
