Srinivas Jm

Srinivas JM currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Adani Green Energy Ltd. since January 2021, overseeing HR functions for the Renewable Business as well as Aerospace & Defense, Aviation, Oil & Gas, and Copper (Project Phase) businesses within the Adani Group. Prior to this role, Srinivas held the position of Head of HR at Adani Enterprises Limited, leading HR for Corporate Services and related sectors from November 2015 to December 2020. Srinivas also served as Head of HR Operations for Non-Gujarat Ports at Adani Ports and SEZ, and was the Head of HR for PMC Projects India Pvt Ltd., overseeing HR for project and dredging operations. Experiences include leading Talent Acquisition at Reliance Retail and serving as Head of HR at Reliance Communication, contributing to the development of HR practices in the telecom sector in India. Srinivas began the HR career as Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Gujarat Gas Limited, playing a key role in establishing the HR function and performance management systems.
