Frans Pelser

Frans Pelser is an experienced manager in software development and human resource solutions, currently serving as the Manager of Research and Development at Adapt IT Holdings since July 2009, where leadership of a team for large-scale projects has been demonstrated. Prior experience includes managing Human Resource and Payroll Systems at Integrated Tertiary Software from January 2005 to June 2009, as well as a managerial role in Analysis, Design and Verification from March 1997 to December 2004.
