Rael Osolo Mugambi

Rael Osolo Mugambi is an experienced professional with a strong background in service delivery, program management, and project governance. Currently serving as the Regional Service Delivery Manager at Adapt IT Holdings Limited since February 2021, Rael drives collaboration between technical and business teams for East African customers. Prior experience includes leading a PMO at Andela, establishing a new business unit at Telkom Kenya, and managing customer project pipelines at Safaricom, among other roles that demonstrate expertise in strategic planning and operational management. Rael holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, a Master's in Project Management from Pennsylvania State University, and various professional certifications in management and leadership.
