Bradley Richards

Bradley Richards is a skilled UX designer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as Lead UX Designer at Adaptavist since July 2022. Prior to this role, Bradley spent eight years at Bloc Digital, where responsibilities included leading the UX team, creating user-centered designs for B2B and B2C clients, and managing design projects while fostering a collaborative creative environment. Earlier in the career, Bradley held various design positions, including Graphic Design Consultant for Little Paperie and Junior Graphic Designer at Little Paper House, honing skills in brand identity and promotional material design. Bradley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Derby, completed in 2014.
