Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance assistance, and nutrition. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care products and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has served as a Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, a nutritionist in a private practice, and a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history.
