Ioana Ghergulescu

Ioana Ghergulescu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ioana began their career at Microsoft as a Microsoft Student Partner from an unknown start date until October 2009. Following this, they worked at the University of Leicester as a Research Visitor in August 2011.

Ghergulescu then joined the National College of Ireland in September 2009, where they held multiple roles. Ioana started as an Irish Research Council Embark Postgraduate Researcher until August 2013. Subsequently, they became a Lecturer in Computing in September 2013. In this role, they were responsible for programme design and directorship of a level 8 course in Data Analytics. Ioana also supervised undergraduate and master students and lectured on Computer Science-related subjects. Ioana'stenure at the National College of Ireland ended in January 2015.

Since February 2015, Ghergulescu has been working at Adaptemy as the Head of Adaptive Learning, a position they currently hold.
