Damon Ford

Damon Ford has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Damon began their career in 1996 as a SSgt/E6 in the USMC, where they served until 2004. Damon then worked as a Lead Infrastructure Technician at American Systems Corp. from 2005 to 2006 and as a Network Technician at Kern Schools Federal Credit Union in 2006. Damon then joined Washington State Employees Credit Union as a Network Technician II from 2007 to 2013. Damon worked as an IT Analyst at Global CTI Group from 2013 to 2015 before joining AdaptHealth as an Information Technology Service Desk Manager. Damon then took on the role of IT M&A Integrations Manager at AdaptHealth from 2018 to 2023. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of Kern Semper Fi Foundation since 2023.

Damon Ford attended River Ridge High School from 1992 to 1995, where they earned a diploma. From 1996 to 1997, they attended the Marine Corps Communication-Electronics School (MCCES) and studied Communication Center Operations, specifically in the field of Information Technology.
