Clarice McCauley

Clarice McCauley has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Clarice is currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Compliance at CareDx.

Clarice's extensive experience also includes working at Roche Diagnostics Corporation, where they served as the Director of Ethics and Compliance. In this role, they were responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive compliance and ethics program for three legal entities and approximately 5,000 employees. Their focus was on developing practical solutions to protect the organization's reputation and ensuring compliance with various regulations. Clarice also held the position of Corporate Commercial Counsel, where they provided legal guidance and negotiated agreements.

Before joining Roche Diagnostics Corporation, Clarice gained experience as a Contract Attorney supporting procurement and supply chain. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Ice Miller.

Clarice McCauley obtained their J.D. degree in Law from DePaul University College of Law, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
