Neel Deshmukh

Neel Deshmukh is a skilled research scientist currently employed at Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp. since March 2021, with prior experience as a research associate at Verily Life Sciences. Before joining Verily, Neel worked as a flow cytometry/cell sorting technician at R&D Partners, gaining hands-on experience with advanced laboratory techniques. Neel's early career included roles as a student assistant at the Genetic Epidemiology and Genomics Laboratory, where genomic clustering data for autoimmune diseases were analyzed, and as a biomedical research intern at IPMD, Inc., focused on point-of-care medical devices for tuberculosis diagnosis. Neel also has experience from the Flow Cytometry Facility and the National Institutes of Health, contributing to calibration tasks and various laboratory experiments. Neel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular/Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
