Niva Levran

Niva Levran has over 13 years of work experience in HR and Talent Acquisition. Niva most recently served as the Head of HR at Adaptive Shield starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Guardicore from December 2020 to July 2022. Niva also worked at Wix.com as a Talent Acquisition Manager from 2018 to 2020, at IBM as a Talent Acquisition Manager from June 2015 to September 2017, and at VMware as a Talent Acquisition Manager from October 2011 to March 2015. Niva has additional experience as a Senior Recruiter at Verint in 2011, a Recruiter at Texas Instruments from 2009 to 2011, and a Recruitment Specialist at Motorola in 2008.

Niva Levran obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University, which they attended from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's Degree in Organizational Development (O.D.) at the College of Management, a program they completed from 2010 to 2012.
