Inês Antunes

Inês Antunes has worked in a variety of roles in the biomedical engineering, data science, and journalism fields. In 2022, they began working as a Biomedical Engineer at Adapttech. In 2021, they began working as a Junior Data Scientist at PlatformE and as an Editoria de Opinião at Jornal Universitário do Porto. In 2020, they began working as a Master Thesis Student at INESC Technology and Science - Associate Laboratory, an ERASMUS + Research Intern at University of Twente, and a Research Trainee at i3S - Instituto de Investigação e Inovação em Saúde. In 2018, they began working as a Diretora do Departamento de Ensino e Ação Social, a Membro do Departamento de Ensino e Ação Social, and a Secretária do Conselho Fiscal at ANEEB - Associação Nacional de Estudantes de Engenharia Biomédica.

Inês Antunes is currently completing a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering at the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, which they began in 2016 and is expected to complete in 2021. In 2020, they also attended the University of Twente. In 2018, they obtained a Workshop in Neuroengineering from the i3S - Instituto de Investigação e Inovação em Saúde. In 2013, they obtained a 5º grau in Piano e Formação Musical, (Formação Clássica) from the Centro Cultural de Amarante. In 2010, they obtained Voleibol Federado from the Associação Desportiva de Amarante.
