Ilia Stepushchenko

Ilia Stepushchenko began their work experience as a Full Stack Developer at T1 in November 2011. During their time there, they worked on two projects to create CRM systems, managing tasks in Jira and updating documentation in Confluence. Ilia was responsible for both backend and frontend development.

In January 2017, Stepushchenko joined Rostelecom as a Senior QA Engineer. Ilia worked on developing products for the company's B2B clients, including modules for payments, payment reports, services management, and technical support. Stepushchenko wrote test documentation and performed manual regression testing for the project.

Starting in July 2021, Stepushchenko joined YourCoach.Health as a Software QA Team Lead. Ilia contributed to the creation and testing of a platform for interaction between coaches and their clients. The platform allowed customers to communicate via video conferences, calls, and chat, as well as set and complete tasks. Ilia'srole involved leading the QA team and ensuring successful project execution.

Currently, Stepushchenko works at Adapty.io as a Software QA Team Lead, starting in March 2023. No end date is provided for this role.

Ilia Stepushchenko completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Kazan State University, starting in 2011 and graduating in 2016. They have also obtained several additional certifications, including a QA Automation Engineer Test certification from Pixellu in December 2022, a Test Automation with Python and Selenium certification from Stepik in October 2022, and a Software Testing: Postman for API Testing certification from Stepik in August 2022. Additionally, they hold an EF SET Certificate: English level B2 from EF Education First obtained in November 2021, a Certificate of Completion for HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) from HIPAA Training in October 2021, and a Google IT Automation with Python [Professional Certificate] from Google in October 2021.
