Geoff Marsh

Geoff Marsh PMP is an experienced analytics leader with a strong background in data insight and compensation management across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Analytics Practice Leader at Cadeon Inc. since February 2024, Geoff previously held key roles at MNP Digital as Partner and Capgemini as Practice Leader. With extensive experience at Hitachi Data Systems, Geoff managed analytics operations across the Americas and contributed as Vice President of Digital Insights. Early career accomplishments include managerial positions at Bell, overseeing agent reporting and compensation, where Geoff led multiple teams in developing compensation plans and optimizing performance.
