Alex Hindley has had a diverse range of roles in the IT industry, with a career spanning over a decade. Most recently, they served as the Head of Service Delivery at Adatis. Before that, they worked at IDE Group as the Director of Customer Service, where they were responsible for managing and developing service desk agents and service management across multiple UK locations. Alex also held positions at Oracle, including Global Support Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Heldesk Team Leader, and 2nd Line Consultant. In these roles, they managed and developed teams, oversaw helpdesk support services for a large user base, and assisted with technical sales support.
Alex Hindley earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University, from 2003 to 2007.
