Obaapa Addo has a wealth of experience in the banking industry, primarily with the Agricultural Development Bank Ghana. Obaapa started their career in 2011 as a Corporate Management Assistant in the Corporate Banking division. In this role, they gained valuable experience and knowledge in the field.
In 2015, Obaapa Addo took on a new role within the same organization as a Business Banking Relationship Manager, specializing in the Micro Financing Unit. Obaapa excelled in this position for three years until 2018, when they were promoted to Head of Customer Care & Service Quality.

Lastly, they have obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana.
