Alison Grant

Alison Grant has extensive work experience in Human Resources, spanning various roles and companies. Alison is currently serving as the Head, Europe Human Resources at ADC Therapeutics since May 2021. Prior to that, they held positions such as HR Director, Head of HR, and HR Manager at Mundipharma from 2015 to 2020. Before Mundipharma, they worked at Napp Pharmaceuticals Holdings Limited as a Senior HR Adviser and Personnel Manager from 2012 to 2015.
