Bruce Smith

Bruce Smith, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management at ADC Therapeutics, where responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies and managing vendor relationships. Prior roles include Senior Director of Procurement at REGENXBIO Inc., where Bruce built the sourcing function from the ground up and integrated an ERP/LIMS system, achieving significant cost efficiencies. Experience at AstraZeneca, LifeTechnologies, Human Genome Sciences, Cabot Microelectronics, and AkzoNobel has equipped Bruce with extensive expertise in sourcing, procurement management, and team leadership across diverse sectors. Bruce holds an MBA in Operations Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, an MS in Chemistry from New York University, and two degrees from Penn State University, one in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering and another in General Arts & Sciences.
