Stephen Dudek

Stephen Dudek has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Stephen currently serves as the Director of Global Strategy & Lifecycle Management at ADC Therapeutics since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Novartis from 2018 to 2023, where they held various leadership positions, including Global Business Director for Crizanlizumab and Director of Global Indication Lead for Sickle Cell Disease. Stephen also worked as an Associate Director of Cell and Gene Therapy and Senior Brand Manager for CAR-T Marketing at Novartis. Dudek began their career at ETHOS Health Communications in 2013, where they held several roles, including Marketing Consultant for Novartis Oncology and Strategic Account Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Analyst at Ward Robertson Associates, Inc. since 2012.

Stephen Dudek attended Penn State University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology and Biobehavioral Health.
