Leah McDoom

Leah McDoom has extensive experience in the legal field, primarily focused on corporate banking, restructuring, and private credit. Leah is currently the Head of Legal - Corporate Banking & Restructuring at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at the same company. Leah also worked as an Associate in the Banking & Finance Group at Dentons from 2018 to 2019. Before that, they were an Associate in the Private Credit Group at Proskauer Rose LLP, with roles in both London and Boston. Leah started their career as an Associate in the Finance Group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Leah McDoom began their legal journey as a Research Assistant at Georgetown University Law Center, where they worked in the Federal Legislation Clinic.

Leah McDoom obtained their Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2006. Leah then pursued their Honours Bachelor of Science with High Distinction at the University of Toronto, completing it in 2002. Currently, Leah is expected to receive their Global Executive MBA from INSEAD in 2024.
