Tyrone Vincent currently serves as Team Leader for the Mortgage Service Desk at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank since August 2023, managing a team to resolve post-sale customer queries and ensuring performance objectives are met. Prior to this, Tyrone held the position of Manager Premium Banking at Nations Trust Bank PLC for a brief period in 2023. Tyrone's extensive experience at HSBC from February 2007 to March 2023 includes roles such as Sales and Service Manager, Product Manager for Loans and Mortgages, Sales Manager for Consumer Assets, Business Development Officer for Consumer Assets, and Senior Personal Banking Advisor. Tyrone holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Cardiff Metropolitan University, attained between 2014 and 2016.
