Sam Harlen

Sam Harlen is an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in construction management, currently working at ADCO Constructions since December 2019. Previously, Sam held similar roles at Buxton Construction and APM Group from January 2017 to May 2019 and August 2010 to December 2016, respectively. Sam's extensive experience as a Site Foreman spans various projects, including fit-out and structural works, with budget responsibilities up to $65 million. Initial career development occurred at Gene Hollands Building, progressing from an apprentice to a qualified carpenter and foreman, focusing on high-end residential and light commercial projects up to $3 million. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Construction Level 5 and a Certificate in Carpentry Level 4, both obtained from Bay of Plenty Polytechnic.
