Sedef O. is a seasoned professional in talent and organizational development with extensive experience across various prestigious companies. Currently serving on the Advisory Board for Sugaroo! Music and as the Global Chief Talent Officer at Jones Knowles Ritchie since April 2020, Sedef O. also holds an executive position with the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, alongside contributions to the ADCOLOR Conference and Awards as a member of the MENA for ADCOLOR Steering Committee and Board of Directors. Previous roles include Chief Talent Officer/Partner at 72andSunny, Director of Talent at Google, and Director of Talent & Development at Grey Group. Sedef O. has demonstrated expertise in fostering diversity and inclusion within the creative industry and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Boston University.
