Howard Maya

Howard Maya is an accomplished software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading technical teams and managing projects. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Addepar since March 2022, Howard previously held the role of Software Engineering Manager at Oscar Health from January 2021 to March 2022. Additionally, Howard worked as an Independent Consultant at Coegil, aiming to simplify data science through an integrated web-based platform. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Project Management and Technical Engineering Manager at Bridgewater Associates, where responsibilities included overseeing project quality and team development. Howard also held a Vice President position in Software Development at Bank of America and has consulted for various firms, including Random Walk and MarketAxess.
